How VELIQA™ works
You score any activity on four dimensions from 1 to 10: Value (how much this work moves what matters), Judgment (how much your personal judgment is genuinely required), Energy (what it does to you) and Amplification (whether doing it multiplies others' output).
The Leadership Leverage Score is Value × Judgment only — Energy and Amplification are lenses that colour the advice, never the score. The score places the activity in a band: Protect, Own, Delegate or Let go.
An AI mirror then reflects your inputs back to you — challenging the single most questionable assumption in how you scored the activity.
